Monthly auction rules.

These draft rules describe how BrandMyDrip sponsor placements work. They must be reviewed for your business and province before live payments are enabled.

What a paid bid buys

A successful payment gives the submitted brand an immediate listing in the applicable month’s honorable mentions and adds the payment to that brand’s bidding credit for the selected placement. The highest eligible credited total at closing wins the physical hoodie placement.

Monthly schedule

Each auction closes on the 25th at the time displayed on the auction page. The winning hoodie is produced after closing and worn during the following calendar month for the stated number of documented campus days.

Increment ladder

The minimum increase is CAD $5 below $100, $10 below $1,000, $25 below $5,000, $100 below $10,000, and $250 after $10,000.

Outbids and credit

Outbid payments are normally non-refundable. Verified paid credit can be reused only by the same sponsor on the same placement in the same monthly auction. Credit is not cash, cannot be transferred, and does not carry into another month.

Creative review

You confirm that you have permission to use every submitted name, URL and asset. Unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, dangerous, school-inappropriate or technically unprintable creative may be rejected. A payment tied to rejected creative will be refunded.

Exceptions

We may refund fraud, duplicate payments, rejected creative, payment races caused by our systems, or any payment when required by law. BrandMyDrip is independent and does not imply endorsement by any school.
