Monthly auction rules.

These rules describe the BrandMyDrip sponsorship auction and form part of the agreement between a bidder and the operator.

Operator and eligibility

BrandMyDrip is operated by 16237860 Canada Inc. A bidder must be able to enter a binding agreement and, when acting for a business, have authority to bind it. BrandMyDrip is independent and does not imply endorsement by a school, campus or featured sponsor.

What a paid bid buys

A confirmed payment adds credit for the verified sponsor, selected placement and displayed monthly campaign. The highest eligible credited total when the auction closes wins that physical hoodie placement. A sponsor pays only the difference between eligible existing credit and its new total. Credit is not transferable and does not carry into another campaign.

Timing, minimums and ties

The page displays the authoritative closing time and next minimum bid. Checkout may stop shortly before closing so pending payments can settle. A bid becomes eligible only when Stripe confirms payment and our system records it. If equal totals qualify, the first confirmed qualifying payment wins. A payment confirmed after another sponsor has moved the lead still counts as that sponsor’s credit until settlement.

Outbids, refunds and Stripe costs

After the auction closes, BrandMyDrip initiates refunds within 24 hours for payments by sponsors who did not win that placement. Each refund is the payment amount minus the actual Stripe processing cost attributable to it, because Stripe does not return the original processing fee to us. The calculation is retained in settlement records and is available on request. A bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. A successful refund ends the corresponding auction credit.

Taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST/HST will be calculated and shown at checkout only after the operator’s registration and the correct sponsorship or advertising tax treatment have been confirmed. Live checkout remains disabled until that configuration is complete.

Creative review and licence

You retain ownership of your creative and confirm that you have permission to use every submitted name, mark, image and URL. You grant BrandMyDrip a non-exclusive licence to host, resize, re-encode, crop and display approved creative for preview, production, the campaign and its documentation. Unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, dangerous, school-inappropriate or technically unprintable creative may be rejected or require changes.

Delivery and results

The campaign page describes the planned hoodie production, campus wear and documentation. Digital previews are approximations: colour, placement and print may vary within reasonable production tolerances. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, sales or any other marketing result.

Cancellations and exceptions

We may cancel, pause or reschedule a campaign when production, safety, fraud, legal or operational issues make delivery impractical. We may issue a full or partial refund for rejected creative, duplicate payments, system-caused payment races, fraud or when required by law. A Stripe dispute or chargeback can suspend creative and campaign delivery.

Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, BrandMyDrip is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
