This draft explains the information needed to operate BrandMyDrip. It must be reviewed before live payments are enabled.

Information collected

We collect sponsor names, websites, contact emails, logos, bid and placement records, Stripe payment-confirmation identifiers, and basic technical information needed to protect the service.

How it is used

We use this information to operate auctions, verify credit, review creative, publish approved sponsors and honorable mentions, support payments, prevent fraud and document campaign delivery.

Payments and storage

Stripe processes card details; BrandMyDrip does not receive full card numbers. Supabase stores auction, sponsor and approved creative records. Public sponsor names, links, logos and winning bid totals may be visible on the site.

Your choices

Contact hello@brandmydrip.com for privacy, correction or removal requests. Financial and auction records may be retained where necessary for accounting, disputes and legal obligations.
